My name is Melissa and I started a micro-bakery out of my home because I believe that following your dreams is never out of reach, especially being in my 40’s. After spending so many years wondering whether or not I would ever get to own a bakery, it feels like fate that I was finally able to make it happen. As a micro-bakery, I specialize in sourdough bread and other baked goods that nourish and satisfy my local community. There is great care that goes into every single loaf and baked good produced. Being married and having three sons and three step-daughters, I know how important it is to provide food that is both delicious and healthy. That’s why everything I bake is made with the finest ingredients and a lot of love.
